The reservation is automatically confirmed if made through the website at least 15 days before the activity. If you wish to book with less than 15 days' notice, the system will automatically send a request for availability to our dedicated team, who will respond within 24 hours.
How to cancel your reservation
The booking may be cancelled only by sending an email to the address: booking@habitravel.com
The refund of the cost will be made in the following manner:
If you do NOT choose to add a private guide
- Tickets (museums, tourist attractions, trains) are non-refundable.
- Extra activities added during the booking are non-refundable.
- Up to 48 hours before, full refund will be made, except for tickets.
- Up to 24 hours before, a 50% partial refund will be made, except for tickets.
- After 24 hours, a penalty of 100% will be applied.
If you choose to add a private guide
- Tickets (museums, tourist attractions, trains) are non-refundable.
- Extra activities added during the booking are non-refundable.
- Up to 30 days before, the full amount will be refunded, except for tickets.
- Up to 15 days before, a partial refund of 50% will be made, except for tickets.
- After 15 days, a penalty of 100% will be applied.
