How to book
The reservation is automatically confirmed if made through the website at least 5 days before the activity. If you wish to book with less than 5 days' notice, the system will automatically send a request for availability to our dedicated team, who will respond within 24 hours.
How to cancel your reservation
The booking may be cancelled only by sending an email to the address: booking@habitravel.com
The refund of the cost will be made in the following manner:
- Tickets (museums, tourist attractions, trains) are non-refundable.
- Extra activities added during the booking are non-refundable.
- Up to 72 hours before, full refund will be made, except for tickets.
- Up to 48 hours before, a 50% partial refund will be made, except for tickets.
- After 48 hours, a penalty of 100% will be applied.
